This Impressive 3-tiered Round Cake is made with your selection of colours and sponges with approximately 16 large handmade sugar paste roses surrounding the base and a bouquet on the top tier with a ribbon and diamanté detail finish.
Bottom Tier = 12", Middle Tier = 10", Top Tier = 8".
This cake serves approximately 70 people based on a 2" by 2" slice per person if all layers are selected as sponges and not Styrofoam substitute layers. It stands approximately 15" tall.
Sponge options include: Vanilla, Carrot, Chocolate, Lemon, Toffee, and Fruit.
We can make the whole cake with a gluten-free vanilla sponge, but we can not make individual tiers gluten-free due to cross-contamination.
Design your cake from the bottom tier and progress upwards. Should you choose to have a fruit cake layer, this must be the bottom tier due to the weight of the fruit. For example, 12" Fruit, 10" Fruit, and 8" toffee are acceptable. However, 12" Carrot, 10" Toffee, and 8" Fruit is not. Costs vary depending on the type of sponges selected. False Styrofoam layers are also available to design your cake more cost-effectively.
Allergen Information
All of our cakes are suitable for vegetarians. This cake contains wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, and sulphites. If you select Marzipan as a layer between your cake and icing, please note that this is made from Almonds and is unsuitable for anyone with a nut allergy. There are no nuts in the sponge cake itself. Every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination however, we cannot guarantee that your cake is completely free of traces of nuts. Please be aware that this cake contains strengthening sticks and some non-edible decorations, so please take all necessary precautions before consuming your cake.
Ordering Information
These cakes MUST be ordered at least 1 month before they are required. Please note any business closures prior to placing your order on our website. The cake must be collected up to the day before the wedding date. We can offer a delivery service between Monday and Friday within the local area. Please call your local shop to ask if this is possible for your day. A delivery fee will be required and payable at the shop when confirmed. Collection is available Monday to Saturday.We recommend at least two people come to collect this cake and it must be kept level at all times. We do not accept any responsibility if the cake is damaged during your transportation
