Special Delivery Information

Delivery day: All orders are delivered Friday only. We do not offer delivery on any other day.

Shipping cost: The price you see already includes delivery. When ordering multiple boxes, the shipping cost can not be combined or reduced.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on Thursday for guaranteed Friday delivery.

Order deadline: Place your order before midnight on Wednesday for delivery that same Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered the following Friday.

Storage: Pies are delivered frozen and may remain frozen in winter. If still frozen on delivery, these can be kept in the freezer for a month. During the warmer seasons, the pies will likely arrive chilled or partly frozen.  Re-freeze at your own discretion or refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days. Loaves arrive ambient—store in a cool, dark place for 3–4 days or freeze for up to one month.

Note: Combined orders: Any mixed orders—such as pre-orders for shop collection or celebration cakes—placed alongside UK delivery items will be cancelled. Please order these seperately.
